Really wanted to like this office. The doctor did help my health issue a bit in the beginning, but the negative outweighed the good. After the third visit, I knew I wouldn't return. Weight times would be extremely long for just five minutes with the doctor. During one appointment, I went in expecting a shot but then was told no ... so charged for a visit they knew I didn't need. Certain ladies at the desk were rude at times. Communication between office and billing company is subpar. Sidenote: They use Medical Business Solutions in Perry at their billing company. Awful customer service. Inconsistent and untimely communication with customers. Not to be trusted. Avoid if you possibly can.
