Whereas all dietitians are trained in the nutritional quality of foods, my specialty area is the how, when and why of the choices you make, (and sometimes regret), about food. This is where the rubber meets the road and we really find out what is getting in your way. You may have experience with cookie-cutter plans, programs, handouts, or websites that offer a one-size-fits-all approach. You may even be feeling doubtful that anything can work. My practice is completely individualized, one-on-one sessions, based on the specific areas you need to change.
