Clients can expect to be safely pushed past their comfort zone for maximum results. Depending on the client's goals, each session is formatted to work on the intended body parts to strengthen and improve performance. On a typical training session we start out warming the big muscles up - free weights, squats, back training, shoulders - to get an idea of a person's overall fitness level. Usually after the first day I create a workout program depending on the amount of days a week the client trains.
