My practice focuses on sexual health and wellness by using a mind-body approach to overcoming sexual concerns and improving sexual satisfaction. Sex starts in our biggest sexual organ, the brain! Together we will explore sexual values and beliefs and create a plan to improve sexual health, attitude, and confidence when it comes to sexual intimacy. Common concerns I treat include low libido, uneven desire in a relationship, sexual communication issues, orgasm difficulties, dealing with anxiety and distress around sexuality, and improving intimacy. My therapeutic approach incorporates different modalities so that I can provide short-term, effective, and empowering methods to address sexual concerns. I work with each client to create a personalized treatment plan and do a thorough sexual health assessment. Not all sexual concerns require intensive therapy. My model utilizes sex coaching, adult sex education, and group support so that each individual and couple can get the resources they need to improve their sex life.
