Dr. Frey is a board certified clinical psychologist with specialties that include psychological assessments for learning disabilities, psychotherapy, custody and visitation evaluations for the court system, and marital and family therapy. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State University in 1980 and has been licensed to practice psychology in Georgia since 1983. He has held faculty positions at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Medicine and the Medical College of Georgia (now called Georgia Regents University). He has been practicing psychology full-time since 1989.
