Fit 30 is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout designed to lose body fat, improve muscular strength, lean body mass, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout includes resistance training as well as boxing/kickboxing. The exercises change each day, and there is always a qualified personal trainer to ensure a safe, and effective workout. All exercises can be modified to a person's fitness level.
