I offer a blend of cognitive therapy (the most well-researched form of therapy) with an emphasis on the mind-body connection, helping my clients to actively work toward their goals. I know that therapy is a huge investment of your time, energy, and money and will work collaboratively with you to make the most effective and efficient use of your counseling experience. To help some clients to get unstuck, I offer "Walk & Talk" sessions if you request them, taking our session out of the office and into the outdoors.
