I do not recommend MDSupplies to the average consumer. After placing an order online (using a debit card), I received an email the following day stating new requirements: a minimum $500 order AND payment be made via wire transfer. Calls to their support number roll over to voicemail. The funds are on hold (removed from my banking institution) until MDSupplies releases them.

While their notification email states questions can be submitted, I'm unsure if they are reviewed. When this consumer sent email, an immediate auto generated email was received. (The reply email was EXACTLY the same as the first email.)

Also, reviews submitted to their website appear to be vetted first by the company. I submitted two reviews (for two different products ordered) and the reviews are not online.

MDSupplies has the lowest cost on all the EMS products that we need. They have such a wide variety and I think they are a breakthrough in this type of industry.
