This is a very helpful yearly service recommended and paid for by Medicare for all our clients who are eligible for Medicare: your Licensed Quest Physical Therapist will assess your mobility, flexibility, strength, balance/coordination, fall risk, any musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular issues, before they may become a problem for you. We will share the results of your checkup with you, and make the appropriate recommendations as needed. Feel your best for years to come when you take advantage of this service!

FYI - WHEN and WHERE you get Physical Therapy is ENTIRELY YOUR CHOICE: Ohio law states that you can be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist at Quest Physical Therapy without a doctor's referral.
