Our 91-bed transitional care hospital is located in the city of Baldwin Park and is easily accessible from the 57, 10, and 605 freeways. We have 8 Intensive Care Unit beds and 83 Medical-Surgical/Telemetry beds. We are licensed by the State of California and certified by the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services.
