Payment OptionsMBIH is an out of network provider. We can help prospective clients investigate their out-of-network benefits and may be able to handle the billing in certain cases. After the initial evaluation, a patient may request an economic hardship/sliding scale evaluation (which can be reviewed and renewed every 3 months) which may allow a significant reduction from our average fee.
