It's important to educate each person about what needs to be done in order to stay the healthiest they can. That is my number one goal. I practice Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, therapeutic,Chinese cupping, salt stone, orthobionomy, active isolated stretching techniques to achieve results. In my healing center I also offer a voice guided meditation room to help relax the body and help clients achieve a peaceful and serene state of mind and balance.
