About
The Haven Dementia & Alzheimer’s Unit is located in its own portion of the HOMEPLACE building. It provides efficiency and one-bedroom apartments in a secure and safe setting. Services in the Haven include all of the domestic cares described above. Haven has its own dining and activity areas. Staff to resident ratio is a minimum of 1:7. Routine scheduled family-friendly care conferences direct the way each tenant’s daily needs are met.
Homeplace of Mondovi & Mondovi Haven
The HOMEPLACE of Mondovi houses two separate units.The assisted living complex is home to individuals who direct their care through a Service Agreement. As tenants ‘age in place’, they may alter the Agreement to add new needed services. Basic and more complex health care is provided through our 24 hr a day care staff. Tenants also receive 3 daily meals, housekeeping, laundry (separate for each person), organized and informal activities, on-site hair salon, and transportation/coordination with other local health-care providers/clinics. The HOMEPLACE is located within walking distance of grocery, variety, and drug stores as well as churches, banks, senior center, and library. Guest room and meals are available for tenant guests.
