Our Home Lake Tomahawk provides care for the elderly, which includes Medication administration, meals, personal care, housekeeping and other assistance as required. Physical, Occupational Therapy and Skilled nursing care is also available as ordered by their personal physician. A van is available to proved transportation to and from appointments and a variety of social and recreational activities is scheduled to meet the needs of the client.
The home is staffed by qualified nursing assistants, nurses and over seen by a Registered nurse. Our purpose is to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere while serving the needs of the individual.
