Our cooks provide some of the best gourmet food in the state and are always on the hunt for tasty menu items at our local farmers markets. Our kitchen staff truly believes “Food is medicine!”
Rosegarden Care Center is unique in its position within the medical community as it offers more extensive care than the average assisted living facility. Often residents that don’t qualify for skilled nursing and have care needs too great for assisted living can be placed here.
Rosegarden is within a few miles to all the local clinics and hospital. Home Health is available for all rehab services. We have a full time RN on staff with 24 hour coverage.

Rosegarden Care Center is an 18 bed Enhanced Residential Care Assisted Living Facility located in the heart of beautiful Okanogan County. Our facility offers a home like atmosphere nestled in an Omak neighborhood. Our staff and residents are like one big family. Most of our experienced, licensed staff have been employed with Rosegarden for over 5 years.
