We value each patient and provide care tailored to meet each individualÆs needs. We provide specially trained staff members to care for adults with AlzheimerÆs or dementia. We have up and awake staff on location 24/7. Your family member will be watched and cared for in an appropriate manner every hour of the day. TracyÆs #2 is located in a safe neighborhood. For residents who are able, there are walking activities and transportation for outings and appointments. Meals are served tailored to your parentÆs dietary needs and preferences. We serve meals family style or buffet style. Room service is available when needed. All the comforts of home are available at TracyÆs #2.
