Reynolds Assisted Living Home is located in Monona, WI, in the heart of the a residential community. The property is a renovated large four bedroom home with a spacious secured fenced in yard. The back yard consists of a wooden deck where two large tables and a seat swing are set up for a variety of outdoor activities. From the deck there is a ramp which leads down to the grounds walking path. The path circles the entire yard surrounded by the planted gardens. Weather permitting this is were we try to encourage our residents to partake in gardening, exercising, bird watching, etc. The common areas consists of a wide open living room which ties into a large dinning area. There are currently 3 private rooms and 1 shared room available. A downstairs family room is available for a private family visits or special events. The home is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with awake and alert staff. Our staff consists of a licensed RN, 6 Certified Nursing Assistants, an activities planner and a trained chef making home made meals from scratch. Our building is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as 5 person CBRF (Community Base Residential Facility). The entire the building is secured by doors are that are wired to a Brinks 24 hour home security system (for residents who might like to wander), along with push button medical, and fire emergency notification. The following services and activities are available within a one and a half block radius of the home. The city of Monona library is five houses away form our home. The Monona Fire Department & EMS is one block away located next to the Community Center (which also houses the Monona Coalition of the Aging & Senior center). Next to the Community Center is Monona Public Pool and across the street is Winnequah Fireman's Park for outings and picnic's.
