State licensed to accommodate three residents and monitored by annual DSHS inspections, our home provides the highest quality of care by addressing residents care needs through personalized care plans, tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident's level of care.
Our skills and experience extend to meet the needs of all levels of care, from minimal assistance for more independent adults, moderate care for people that need hands on help with some of activities of daily living and total care, and hospice for people with advanced medical condition needs.
Our services include help with mobility, transfers, support and lifting, grooming/hygiene, bathroom tasks, medicine management, monitoring and dispensing, hands on help with dinning room activities.
Also, oxygen therapy, catheter care, blood sugar monitoring, special diets are provided with nurse delegation. A consulting nurse is available to provide guidance and nurse delegation to our caregivers.
The caregivers, are trained to provide care to people with all stages of Alzheimer, varying from residents who need assistance due to mild impairment of cognitive skills when it comes to daily decision making, to people with poor decision making abilities, and residents with seriously impaired judgement who are unable to participate in decision making process thus rely on others for all the planning of activities of daily living.
Park place home care offers an array of activities such as daily exercising, board games, movie nights, music listening, seasonal celebrations of holidays, birthday parties.
Family and friend visits are encouraged, at all times.
