Its skilled care program is a wonderful solution for patients who are stable and no longer require hospitalization but who need an intensive program of rehabilitation and recovery. Assistance and support is provided by a team of care givers whose goal is to become a positive part of the residents’ daily lives – helping patients return home or assisting others in becoming as independent as possible. The setting is also ideal for residents who need assistance with routine personal care activities and health monitoring by licensed nurses. Residents of Timberview receive a very personal approach to their care. The room selection includes private, semi-private and 3-bedrooms. Timberview serves the Albany, Lebanon, and Corvallis communities. It is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several private health plans.
