In 1995, Robert fulfilled that need by starting the Interim HealthCare Franchise in Redding and has since expanded into Southern Oregon, Sierra Foothills and San Jose.
"I came to work for Interim in 1997 and have since became one of the owners"; Cindy Seawright, RN, CCO. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of health settings. By far homecare is where my passion lies. There is just something about being able to help keep an individual home thru an illness or injury that makes my job meaningful. I have the pleasure of overseeing our Licensed HealthCare division as well as our new Hospice program in our Redding location.
Renee Rand, RN, COO, joined the Interim Team in 2001. A Wisconsin native, now proud owner and overseeing the HomeStyle Services and Staffing Divisions. "My nursing career began in 1982 as an Oncology nurse, but my most creative nursing challenge is helping our HomeStyle Office Managers keep your loved ones Home." In 2007 our Franchise received the Allan C. Sorensen Business Integrity Award. This award is presented to the owner who demonstrates outstanding ethics and business integrity in the routine operation of their business while simultaneously increasing overall market penetration. They are also respected for their personal commitment to community responsibility and the continual welfare of their patients, clients and employees.
In 2008 our Franchise received the Pioneer Award. This award is presented to the owner whose strategy and results demonstrates a pioneering, entrepreneurial spirit and action. This is demonstrated in being a pioneer in developing new
