Perfect for adults who need a little more help getting through the day, our services will make your loved ones feel better about the decision to move into an elderly care facility. We are a micro-community, which means that we give our residents more freedom than you might expect. Our residents might have a few mobility issues or move a little slower than they once did, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't have access to the services and activities that they need. We have parking lots available for our residents, and while some of our residents do bring their own cars, we also have many residents that use our transportation services. Our residents use our transportation services when they have medical appointments, but we also schedule trips to local museums and other attractions. As a micro-community, we let our residents know that they can call on any employee when they need a little help, but they also know that they can come and go as they please. With the amazingly beautiful private rooms that we offer and our great common rooms, many residents choose to spend most of the day watching television, taking exercises classes, joining in on arts and crafts and taking part in our other activities. At Sunny Hill Adult Care Home, your family member will feel like they just moved into a great apartment building that comes with some extra care.
