If you are looking for a home-like environment, this is it. Currently, we have an on-site massage therapist, a toddler who visits weekly, and a grand piano in the living room. We have home-made bread and soups, cats, a large deck and lovely gardens to walk in or add to. We are located in an historic 1840s mansion home in a quiet in-town location, yet all the residents' rooms are modern and comfortable. Residents can bring their own furniture and even a beloved pet if there is room.
We provide assistance to our residents as needed with bathing, dressing, medications and more. We have a commitment to keep residents through end of life.

Elm Street Assisted Living is a private facility for women only in Topsham, Maine, next to Brunswick and about 25 miles from Portland. We are very small - 6 private rooms - and give completely personal care.
