Offering private in home and public yoga and meditation classes. My specialty is gentle meditative yoga for those living with cancer and chronic illness or those seeking an especially gentle practice. I truly believe each and every soul has a strong yet calm, soft yet vibrant place within, through breath work and awareness we can locate and live in that beautiful place no matter our physical or mental challenges.

I also offer all level corporate yoga classes and stress management seminars, private and public intermediate, power and childrens classes.
