We have skilled, professional nurses on staff for all your home health needs. We have a nurse on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We help you with disease management, nutritional services, blood pressure/ pulse assessment, respiration assessment and more. Our nurses can also help with catheter care, wound card, cardiac care, ostomy care, personal care and teaching of medications, med planners, hygiene, diet, and safety precautions in the home. Plus, you can check with our office for approval for any additional type of assistance not listed.
Rainbow has certified home health aides. Our aides can help you with personal care- bathing, dressing, etc. They can assist with activities of daily living such as walking, simple exercises, getting in and out of bed, wheel chair, etc.
Rainbow also has Speciality Therapy. This includes physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social worker/ counseling. Additional Services inhome care
