Front staff and nurses are awful! They keep information from the doctors and make decisions above their pay grade . Completely shut off care to my two toddlers even though they were their primary care physician. To top it of they make collecting your child’s medical records a hassle . Excited to end this relationship and find a new more supportive primary care for my children. Shame on you CHOP
