I pursued a career in the massage therapy initially to help my husband with his PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). In the process, I realized how beneficial it was not only for him but for me as well. I think of massage as a whole body wellness.
I attended Allegany College of Maryland, and received an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy. Through my schooling I learned Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Medical Massage.
I love helping people feel good about themselves and reach that relaxed state of mind, where they can leave their worries at the door. Each client receives an individualized session specific to their needs. Let me help you de-stress your life!
