I am a geriatric neuropsychologist with a specialty practice based in Northern California focusing on expert witness services, consultation, and assessment in forensic cases involving issues of mental capacity, undue influence, and financial abuse in the older adults. I routinely perform testamentary capacity evaluations for older adults, particularly when there is a threat of a future will contest.
I also provide consultation services to families of older adults who have conflict over living arrangements, end of life issues, finances, and other issues concerning the care & support of the elder.
I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program at the California Institute of Integral Studies and completed a 4000 postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Kaiser Medical Center in San Francisco. In my clinical practice, I have an interest in behavioral neurology with a focus on the diagnosis of the different types of dementia as well as their effect on capacity.
