As of April 30, 2019 this facility has permanently closed due to the retirement of Dr. Lindquist. Thank you for entrusting us with your care. Within the Arizona Oncology practice, we are fortunate to have excellent, highly skilled physicians in Flagstaff, Drs. Peter Mathern and Paul Kuefler that are able to care for you.
