Dr. Grogan is a Licensed Psychologist and received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Washington State University. His clinical interests include working with clients on issues related to anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship problems, grief/loss, PTSD, and a myriad of other psychological concerns. He employs a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality. These modalities are ideal for those who desire a structured, active, and educational approach focused on skills building, goal setting, and life style changes.
