I have obtained an array of experience from working within the school counseling setting, a behavior modification setting, a local adolescent youth shelter, and a drug & eating disorder treatment facility. I also have practical experience as a mother of two children, ages 14 and 7. I am an eclectic counselor who uses a variety of counseling theories and techniques to assist my clients and their individual needs. My clients and I review practical coping strategies, grounding techniques, mindfulness, and self-regulation to utilize both inside and outside of the counseling office. It is my aim for each of my clients to reach their full potential!

I am a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern, who is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. My passion is to elevate my clients to reach their full potential! I can help assist you if you are battling with; ADHD, anxiety, anger management issues, conflict resolution needs, depression, impulse control, grief and loss, goal setting, self-esteem issues, self-harm, stress management, and trauma.
