Jina Youn, MD, is a neurologist in the Stroke Program and an assistant professor of neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Youn’s expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of stroke and other neurovascular diseases. She is a member of the American Stroke Association and the American Academy of Neurology.
Dr. Youn received her master’s degree in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute and a fellowship in vascular neurology at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Youn’s research interests include stroke in young adults, stroke and pain, stroke and migraine, and dissections.
