Dr Nathan Blessing is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute specializing in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr Blessing graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a degree in biology and earned scholarships to study the role of urea transporters in renal physiology. He then pursued medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he graduated with Special Distinction as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.
