Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a National program that provides an alternative to nursing home placement for the frail elderly who are able to remain in their homes. Although Fresno PACE is new to Fresno country, PACE organizations have been operating in the United States for over 30 years. Fresno PACE is located on the corner of Van Ness and Kern Street, in The Californian. The center is over 25,000 square feet and is a non-residential care facility. Members of the PACE program have access to our senior activities center, comprehensive medical and therapy services, round-trip transportation and caregiver support services all under one roof.
