Dr Abouelleil grew up in New York City and earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from SUNY Stony Brook University. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public health where he earned his MD. Dr Abouelleil then completed his residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, NY. His background contains a great deal of publication and research regarding such topics as renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer and urethral stricture disease. He treats a very wide range of urologic diseases including kidney stones, surgical, and medical management, BPH, erectile dysfunction, urologic oncology. He has a special interest in urologic oncology and is trained in robotic and laparoscopic surgery.
