I’m licensed and certified from some of the finest schools in the nation. I have an amazing gift for the art of massage which enhances the body’s healing ability. I have more than 14 years hands-on professional experience. My expertise explores a wide range of techniques which allows for me to mold the perfect massage or facial for you on any given day.

Reflexology Massage - is an ancient Chinese technique applies pressure to points mainly on the feet but also on the hands and ears which correspond to specific areas of the body.

Therapeutic Massage - general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem—such as a frozen shoulder.

Sports Massage - therapy is geared toward athletes focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.

Pre / Post Natal Massage - Eases stress on joints, neck and back, assures good posture and flexibility for the
birthing process and helps in the return to normalcy. (Prenatal massage only performed after first trimester.)
