Connie Anderson PA-C, permanently damaged my face, jawline and neck. She treated my face and neck with a laser 16 times. There is a medical standard regarding the laser she used. The medical standard is about 6 treatments, not 16! I didn't know that at the time. During treatment 16, I told Connie that it didn't feel right and it hurt. She told me to "tough it out." When I left the office my face hurt and my skin looked and felt wavy (you could see and feel where the laser had been used). I had to watch over the course of months as my face collapsed in (hard to describe, awful to experience). My once fat cheeks are gone. The skin is so tight and thin that it can't even be pinched up. My temples indent. My once normal jawline, indents and looks uneven. My face looks like I've been in a car accident. There is a medical standard/norm to prevent what Connie did to me. Connie disrespected the medical standard and ruined my face and jawline. My life will never be the same again.
