Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I am so happy that I chose a career in medicine. It is satisfying to be able to meet with patients every day and give care that can improve their lives. Family medicine is unique because it is more about developing life-long relationships and encouraging healthy lifestyles instead of just dealing with symptoms after they occur. I consider it an honor to learn about all my patients and walk through life with them.
