At Total Recovery PT, we primarily base our treatment on manual therapy. What is manual therapy? It is a one-on-one, hands-on treatment approach using various techniques for soft tissue and joint mobilization/manipulation with the goal of decreasing pain and restoring mobility and function.
Traditionally, most health care practitioners treat the symptoms and as a result have a poor success rate in helping patients achieve their goals and return to normal function.
