Jennifer Sieck has her Masters in Counseling with a special Emphasis in Depth Psychology. She offers a full range of Counseling styles but is most often influenced by modalities that Include focusing, mindfulness, principles of Self psychology and Inner Child Work.
Jenny also uses psychospiritual modalities like archetypal tarot Counseling, hypnotherapy and mindfulness practices like Chakra balancing and toning. She also loves dreamwork and has found tending aspects of the dream to be helpful in working with trauma of all sorts. Jenny is particularly drawn to letting her clients images speak to them as well as using strategies that open and reinforce and strengthen the intuition and imagination. She believes healing the body, mind, soul and heart is an inside job. but by listening, building trust and expressing curiosity for her clients vision of life true healing and greater resonance in life can occur. Jenny received her Masters from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2008. And she practices with her Ministers License.
