Wishing I could rate as no stars. Patients' lives are at risk without any follow up, return phone calls, medication refills. The only way to get in touch is to physically go to the office to speak to staff; incredibly difficult to do if you don't drive and rely on family members. Very rude to deal with, it's as if you are bothering them with your medical concerns when you finally do speak to someone. Short staffing isn't the answer, you are dealing with people's lives!! This is unacceptable, stay away.
