AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Went in for routine dental work during the COVID-19 crisis. Dr Murthy was extremely sick, sneezing, coughing, blowing her nose every two seconds. I didn't want to be rude but I've been way too careful to not say anything, so I asked if we could reschedule. She got very angry and yelled at me, saying "don't you dare waste my time!". I was so shocked I couldn't move. She had me lie back and she put her hand in my mouth without a glove!!!! After that I immediately got up and left. I was paranoid about getting sick for days but fortunately I'm healthy. I later discovered that she also made fraudulent charges to my credit card account.

This the WORST experience I have ever had in a medical office! Extremely rude, condescending, and rushed through my service, she cut my gum right below the lip (which bled) during a routine cleaning, did not apologize, and then overcharged my card by $2,000!!!
Fortunately my bank returned the money quickly, but after that Dr Murthy refused to answer any of my calls for days.
During the visit Dr Murthy said she had disinfected my gum and that it should heal fine because the "mouth is the fastest healing area of the body". Really?!?! If I didn't rush over to another dentist, who gave me antibiotics, he said that it would have "certainly gotten infected"!
THIS WOMAN SHOULD LOSE HER MEDICAL LICENSE!!!
