The members of this medical group are professional and competent in their medical knowledge. I believe that they deliver what you can expect from any larger medical group. That is, this is a not a private practice, and therefore you can expect transactional services as opposed to a long-term relationship with an individual provider. The benefits are that patients can gather a broader scope of opinions from a larger practice such as this and can benefit from interactions not only with the PCP but with other practitioners who can approach medical diagnosis and treatment options through different lenses. This practice is responsive and helpful whenever called upon. I can't give 5 stars only because I have not seen members of this practice go above and beyond to deliver personalized service. This is a "corporate" practice, and based upon their behavior, I suspect they while I am sure they all want to achieve positive results with their patients, they are guided by financial objectives.

I had no issues with the doctors themselves. The staff (front desk and nurses) have such attitudes and just plain rude. I don’t complain or leave reviews but I have NEVER experienced this in my life. While waiting in the room to be seen I have heard nurses complain about other patients using their FULL NAME on multiple occasions. Been cut off and given an attitude on the phone multiple times. One nurse was so unprofessional and made me so uncomfortable that I had to ask not to have them again. Just a real shame that these people are in health care. What happened to being a decent human, I wouldn’t even go as far as saying being kind.
