Kern Medical proudly offers the most comprehensive array of medical services in the Central Valley. Our highly qualified physicians, nurses, technicians, therapists, and other health care professionals serve patients and families with the latest in expertise, technology, and training. First, UCLA-affiliated Kern Medical is the only Trauma Center between Fresno and Los Angeles. Its residency program attracts the nation’s finest students, trained by leading medical authorities.
Our Small Wonders Birth Center is the ideal setting for moms and their newborns, supported by a full range of related services to give them a healthy start. Many of our maternity cases are high-risk, attended with the best in care providers and technology.
Our surgical specialties include ENT, breast, head and neck, orthopedics, plastic and reconstructive, spinal, and neurosurgery. Services also include anesthesiology, pediatrics, imaging, oncology and infusion, endoscopy and gastrointestinal, intensive care, joint replacement, and physical therapy.
