It is now 4 years since Ms. Simms attempted to "properly" insert a feeding tube into my stomach prior to my throat cancer. Within days, I had to go the hospital for emergency surgery to have the tube removed because the entire area was infected. Unfortunately, this created a large hernia that had to be repaired thus creating a large scar across my entire abdomen. It also impacted my stomach muscles that will NEVER be normal again!

After arriving for my 1:30 appointment 2 minutes early, I was told the doctor possibly could not see me because I did not come 15 min earlier (this message was never conveyed to me before hand) to do paperwork. Keep in mind there is no one in the waiting room and the front desk staff was surprisingly rude. Within 1 minute of sitting down to do my paperwork I was told the doctor could not see me and needed to reschedule.. Needless to say we did not reschedule and would be going elsewhere..
