Dr. Houda earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He went on to complete his Cardiothoracic Surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is currently appointed as Assistant Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine.
