I havoc been a patient of Dr. Szczepanski for 14 hrs, have always been very please with him and his staff. The cost of the glasses were a little high but I liked the small, friendly practice atmosphere. Since my last visit in December of 2018, MyEyeDr has taken over the practice....had an appointment on Mon 7/20/2020.....big changes and not for the good. I understand there needs to be special protocol due to COVID-19 but the attitude it is done was far from patient friendly. Now you see someone at the door, then they turn you to another person that takes you back to the small enclosed room, where another person is waiting...now there 3 people in a very small space...I’m like what is going on..”we are here to get you ready to see the Dr”? That was it...I walked out and will never go....nor will any of my family. Very poor choice Dr Szczepanski!
