Dr. Williams received her undergraduate degrees in anatomy and anthropology and completed her residency in Family Medicine in the UK. She was a partner in a practice for some years before moving to the US when her husband was transferred. She then completed another residency program in Family Medicine while serving as Chief Resident at Stamford Hospital. Prior to joining Stamford Family Practice, now Stamford Health Medical Group, in January 2015, she was a part of a different practice in Stamford and also served as a faculty member of Family Medicine. When she is not seeing patients in the office, she is busy seeing patients at Edgehill Nursing Home in Stamford, where she is also the Associate Medical Director.
Dr. Williams speaks fluent French in addition to her native English, and has been consecutively chosen Fairfield County’s Top Doctor for the last three years. In addition, Dr. Williams is an Assistant Professor for Clinical Medicine at Quinnipiac College and teaches medical students. Along with her exceptional leadership background and strategic vision in medicine, Dr. Williams holds a law degree from the University of London.
