Dr. Phillip Higgins, PT, DPT, SCS, received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS). After completing his Doctorate, Phillip worked at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City.
