Iman Hassan, MD, MS
Iman Hassan, MD, MS, is Director, Community & Population Health Initiatives at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After completing her Bachelor of Arts in neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University in 2010, Dr Hassan earned her Doctor of Medicine at Einstein in 2014. Following this, she completed her primary care social internal medicine residency at Montefiore in 2017. She then pursued a fellowship in general internal medicine as well as a Master of Science in medical education at the University of Pittsburgh, completing both in 2019. Dr Hassan's research centers around the implementation of social determinants of health programs in the clinical setting.
