Best dental office Ive been to. Extremely clean, professional, thorough and great place for me and my family. Been coming for 1.5 years with a couple of referrals that enjoy this place as well. Ive never had a demtal assistant that had an off day;)
I was asked to provide this review. I wouldn’t have done it otherwise. And clearly, the office and dentist did not know I had left saying I wouldn’t be back. First, when I got in the chair, the dental assistant did not even know why I was there. I need a lot of work and I had made an appointment for an evaluation and a plan. He said, I’ll have to see if the dentist has time. The dentist came into the room. After having already described 4 problem teeth with the dental assistant AND those problem teeth being visible on the X-ray, the dental assistant relayed to the dentist all the wrong locations of those teeth. After about 3 minutes the dentist asked his assistant what time it was. Clearly they did not have time for me. Then what I heard was that the office is really busy coming off of COVID, that I need to schedule a teeth cleaning and the dentist must have said, I don’t know 5 times. I am admittedly a dental baby, having had bad past experiences. But, I have zero confidence in this office. I won’t be back. In fact, I’ve made an appointment for next week with my previous dentist in Wichita. I’m going to drive 7 hours to see an amazing dental professional. That’s how horrible this experience was.
